This was our first time at Insomnia Cookies and Sandy and the guys made it exceptionally amazing! The service was above and beyond. It was very clean inside and in the prep area. The cookies were out of this world amazing!

My boyfriend and I stopped by Insomnia Cookies last night and had a great experience! Sabrina was extremely kind, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Our cookies were fresh and delicious, and the peanut butter ice cream cup was especially amazing. Everything tasted great, and the friendly service made our visit even better. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Sabrina, for making our night so enjoyable!

About our visit on March 31, They say it closes at 3 but when we reached there at 12:40 the staff was about to close. The lady serving us was super rude. No gloves while scooping out the ice cream. Tbh this was our first visit and we are never coming back again!! Thank You

Brutal. The cookies are delicious. They messed up my order. As I tried to list what cookies I had (not sure they got the order right), she interrupted me. So I said, "I am trying to tell you what cookies I have". She responded "calm down" and said that I was "yelling". Then hung up on me after refusing to give me her name. Sonya, I wasn't yelling at you sweetie, (Had to callback to get her name, she didn't bother to answer but her colleague did) and if you didn't do anything wrong you shouldn't be afraid to share your name. Update#1: I didn't get my refund so checked back. The manager went with her staff's story that Sonya was SURE she packed it right because i had orderd 4 salted caramel cookies which was a strange order (ouch. They are delicious so i got several; I guess that makes me strange). Sonya said I yelled and hung up before she could make it right. Well, Sonya, now you are a liar. Your boss will have to learn the hard way. To be clear, the boss was clear, Sonya did everything right. I declined her refund, I ate the yummy cookies after all. Advice to future customers: record your calls and take pictures if your order is messed up. Update#2 (you cannot make this stuff up
